The Keeping Room normally fills this position, but in this home, the Keeping Room would have been very crowded with more than 3 people, and that alone was enough to disqualify it for a Buyer. (It was the old "Where are we all going to sit to watch TV?"). With Angie's Virtual Staging, I am able to present the Formal Dining Room (Very infrequently used these days) as a Dining Room (if that's what the Buyer wants it to be) OR as the Family/Living Room with plenty of space, a TV niche, and Bookcases, and then offer other suggestions that I couldn't possibly do if I actually physically had to stage it. Angie had the ONLY solution I am aware of, and she executed wonderfully (adding in decorative items) and in a most timely manner.
